Arrival

On Thursday Miller and I flew into Las Vegas! Let me tell you something…this city is AMAZING! The shopping, the lights, and even the architecture…everything is beyond amazing.

People didn't have grass in there front yards.

We drove from Birmingham to atlanta at 1 o'clock in the morning for a 6 o'clock flight (atl is about 2 1/2 hrs away + an hour ahead). When we landed in Vegas it was around 12pm (Vegas time…2 hrs behind AL).

As you can imagine I was extremely exhausted…and very jet lagged, and this whole time thing is really messing with my head. I was so exhausted that I didn't even want to look good…I didn't care one bit how my hair or face looked (it was real bad) so I don't have any photos of me. I did however want to show you guys the city and Miller.

As soon as we got to the hotel we started getting ready and I realized I had only packed one shirt . I was furious, but I managed to thrown on something warm to just get me through the night. On our first night we went out and had some drinks..duh…and walked around, while drinking, and saw all the high end stores. I've never even seen a MIU MIU store.. or a Judith Leiber store.. or a Topshop, I was in HEAVEN! For dinner that night we decided to go to a casino and we sat down at Gordan R. pub. I was a little disappointed with the food there…and the uniforms! One bad thing about Vegas…they all eat really shitty out here and litter like no other place I've been before. Everytime I see garbage on the side of the street I want to pick it up, but if I did that I would be here forever!

You guys will come to learn that I only eat non-processed foods, recycle everything, and that I love Mother Earth….yeah, I'm a hippie.

Valentines day!

So I first want to apologize for not posting anything in a while, I don't know how may viewers I have out there but I still feel bad. On Monday Miller and I were moving things around-doing some feng shui- and I decided to move the piano by myself. It was a horrible idea and I pulled a lower back muscle! Once my back healed I wanted to do something but the weather in Alabama has been nothing but grey rainy so I couldn't really take the pictures I wanted to.

Last night Miller and I celebrated Valentines day, because he had to work (he is a waiter at Bellinis). We ended up going to the restaurant, having some wonderful food and then went to go see Railroad Earth at a local venue. The night couldn't have been any better, loving people, great music, and a lot of dancing. I wouldn't have wanted to spend it with anyone else!

P.S. I'm very excited to tell you guys that next week I'll be heading to LAS VEGAS!

Progression

Good evening! Today was a busy online day for me. I was constantly reading those "How to become a blogger" blogs..kinda funny. I made a Lookbook and I made a Fashiolista. I am still slightly concerned for the future...I don't know how to get my name out there.
